[GCF] 타지키스탄의 수문기상학 국가 기관의 제도적 개발
Supporting the development of effective hydrological and meteorological (hydromet) data and information in Tajikistan.
Tajikistan already faces recurring climate-related extreme weather events, particularly floods and landslides. The country's hydromet services, designed to provide climate information for development planning, is under severe strain due to weak infrastructure and institutional challenges.
This problem will be addressed by supporting the legal and structural transformation of Tajikistan Hydromet Agency and developing and implementing a business model in hydromet services. The improvement of climate data will empower communities to make informed decisions in managing risks through timely and robust information.
The project has an estimated lifespan of 30 years

타지키스탄은 이미 반복적으로 기후변화와 관련된 기상이변, 특히 홍수 및 산사태를 겪고 있다. 타지키스탄의 수문학 서비스는 개발계획 목적의 기후 정보를 제공하고자 하지만 약한 인프라 및 제도적 난관 때문에 여러 어려움에 봉착해 있다.
해당 문제는 타지키스탄 수문기상학 기관(Tajikistan Hydromet Agency)의 법적/제도적 변환을 지원하고 수문기상학 서비스에서의 사업 모델을 적용하여 해소하고자 한다. 기후 데이터의 개선은 시기적절하고 풍부한 정보를 통해 지역사회가 적절한 결정을 내리게 도울 것이다.
