칠레 중소 기업들의 기후 기술 구체화
This Technology Transfer Advances Chile's Nationally Determined Contribution to reduce its CO2 emissions per GDP unit by 30% below their 2007 levels by 2030, while decreasing poverty and inequality as well as continue advancing toward sustainable, competitive, inclusive and low-carbon development.
본 기술 이전은 지속가능하고 경쟁력 있으며, 포괄적인 저탄소 개발로 나아가는 것을 가능케함은 물론 빈곤과 불평등을 줄이고, 2030년까지 1인당 국내 총생산(Gross Domestic Product GDP) 단위 이산화탄소 배출량을 2007년 수준보다 30% 아래로 감축하고자 하는 칠레의 국가자발적기여(Nationally Determined Contribution; NDC)에 영향을 줄 것이다.
Context
Chile's MSMEs (micro, small- and medium-sized enterprises) are experiencing a low level of incorporation of climate technologies in agriproduction. This affects their competitiveness and is largely related to the poor use of current national funding instruments or the lack of instruments focusing on these companies. Existing efforts have faced barriers to incorporating technology among MSMEs involved in production activities. While it has been possible to identify the main reasons for the lack of incorporation, these must be verified. Moreover, while Chile has a wide range of funding instruments for MSMEs, the main issues and barriers faced by these companies in order to use these instruments must be evaluated more consistently
배경
칠레의 극소 및 중소 기업(Micro, Small- and Medium-sized Enterprise; MSME)들은 농업 필수품에 대한 기후 기술 반영 수준이 낮다. 이는 회사 경쟁력에 영향을 주고, 현 국가 기금 수단의 부적절한 사용 및 이러한 회사들에 대한 기관의 부재와 크게 연관된다. 기존의 노력들은 생산 활동에 참여하는 MSME 사이에 기술을 편입하는 데 여러 어려움을 겪고 있다. 여기서 주요 원인을 파악하는 것이 가능하긴 했으나, 입증할 필요가 있었다. 또한, 칠레에서 MSME에 대한 기금 수단이 광범위하긴 하지만, 해당 기구를 활용하기 위해 MSME가 마주한 주요 문제 및 장애물들이 보다 지속적으로 평가되어야 한다.
