The tender concerns operational leasing of electric cars to the Contracting Authority. The electric cars are to be used mainly by home care staff in connection with trips to citizens' homes. The electric cars will have a mixed driving pattern, as it is expected that the electric cars will drive both in urban areas with many short trips, and in rural areas where the trips are typically longer, and where driving on gravel roads and field roads may occur. During the agreement period, the Contracting Authority may enter into leasing agreements for electric cars with a leasing period of 48 months, cf. the terms in Appendix 4 - Leasing agreement. Leasing agreements entered into may therefore have a duration that exceeds the framework agreement period. The Contracting Authority has an estimated consumption of around 210 electric cars under this agreement. The consumption is calculated on the basis of previous activity/consumption with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. The expected quantity is therefore not binding on the Contracting Authority. The framework agreement includes the monthly leasing payment, service, repair and tire agreement, which runs over a period of 48 months. The contracting authority must not have any derivative costs in connection with the leasing agreement. The leasing fee must be stated as a fixed fee for the entire leasing period. Offers are assessed on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer, based on the award criterion of best price-quality ratio.

HOFOR is to build a PV-plant at Fjenneslev in Centrale Zealand, Denmark, with the capacity of power of 190 MWp (DC).The PV-plant will be connected through a temporary grid connection expected in Q2/2026 based on Energinet’s (the public transmission operator in Denmark) standard concept for temporary grid connections and later will be transferred to the final grid connection expected in Q2/Q3 2030 at a new Energinet-owned 132 kV substation in the area. The overall Fjenneslev PV-project is divided into the following contracts: 1) Delivery of perimeter fencing and vegetation (OTHER CONTRACT), 2) Delivery and installation of two (2) main transformers for the substation (OTHER CONTRACT), 3) EPC Substation excluding delivery of transformer, including installation of export cable (OTHER CONTRACT), 4) EPC PV plant, including PV panels and Operation & Maintenance agreement (O&M) (THIS TENDER) This tender FJV_SOL-EPC-PV - is for the design, procurement and construction of a photovoltaic power station with a capacity of power of 190 MWp (DC). The tender includes an O&M Contract. The tender will include the following options: • Prolongation of maintenance of the O&M Contract • Grass and vegetation management • Cleaning of all modules • Thermographic inspection of all modules The basis of the contract will be an amended version of the Yellow FIDIC book 2017. The contract(s) is expected to be awarded in June 2025 upon the completion of the tender.

The tender is part of the contracting authority's organisation of its purchases for the construction and renovation of district heating pipelines. The contracting authority has chosen to organise these purchases in the following four framework agreements: 1) Sub-agreement 1 - pre-insulated steel pipes (part of this tender) 2) Sub-agreement 2 - Flexible pre-insulated pipes (part of this tender) 3) Framework agreement for the execution of earthworks 4) Framework agreement for the execution of pipe assembly The present tender thus comprises two sub-agreements, each of which is offered as independent framework agreements. The framework agreement for sub-agreement 1 concerns the supply of pre-insulated steel pipes and joints as well as certain associated services, in particular regarding the preparation of system and alarm drawings, joint assembly and the design and execution of an alarm system. The framework agreement for sub-agreement 2 concerns the supply of flexible pre-insulated pipes and associated components. Delivery under both sub-agreements will be made to the contracting authority's supply area, which is geographically Høje-Taastrup Municipality and Greve Municipality. In order to optimise the number of possible tenderers and based on the differences between the two types of pipes being purchased, the contracting authority has assessed it as appropriate to divide the procurement into two partial contracts, cf. Article 65(1) of the Utilities Directive.

The City of Esbjerg is at the forefront of the green transition in Denmark. This project has been undertaken by DIN Forsyning with the purpose of securing a circular and sector coupled approach to the undergoing PtX development locally in the City of Esbjerg. Efficient cooling is a necessity for PtX and DIN Forsyning intends to ensure that as much excess heat from PtX production as possible, finds its way to reutilization as district heating, supplied to homes and industry in the City of Esbjerg. DIN Forsyning shall deliver a system capable of integrating excess heat from the PtX Facilities into the district heating system and/or cooling the excess heat effi-ciently from the facility that cannot be utilized in the district heating System. The Contract is for the delivery of a turnkey process cooling plant for rejection of the excess heat from two Power-to-X plants (PtX plants) located on two different sites in the Måde area of Esbjerg, as well as supplying these PtX-plants with cooling water at specified maximum cooling water temperature to the Contract-ing Entity (the “Project”). The Project is a further development and expansion of the Contracting Entity’s district heating portfolio. The Contract consist of a common infrastructure project as specified in Employer’s Technical Requirements tender conditions section 2.1 and 2.2. Besides the common infrastructure, the Contract consist of different options as further listed in tender conditions section 1.3. The two PtX-plants have slightly different time schedules and to handle this within the project, the process cooling systems of the Works are split up into two options (option 1 and 2) designated Velbæk and Måde. The excess heat from the PtX-plants to be handled are approx. 250 MW from option 1: Cooling plant 20 Sahara, and 600 MW from option 2: Cooling plant 21 Måde The expected start date for construction is 10 June 2026 and with a completion date of 1 March 2029.

This tender concerns the purchase and delivery of an electric truck and a service agreement to Novafos A/S and its affiliated companies, cf. tender appendix F. Novafos will invest in the first electric truck equipped with a crane and grab. This new addition to the fleet marks an important step towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly operations. The electric truck will handle heavy lifting and transport tasks efficiently, while significantly reducing CO2 emissions and noise levels. The crane and grab enable Novafos to perform sediment handling and material transport with greater precision and less environmental impact. This investment underlines Novafos' commitment to green transition and the ambition to integrate more sustainable solutions into daily operations. In addition to the truck, the tenderer must offer service agreements as described in Requirement 8 of the requirements specification. Service agreements are part of the total price offered and will be included in the evaluation. Prices must be offered for an option for work lights. There will be 2 voluntary options that the tenderer can choose to bid on regarding charging solution and pick-up and delivery service. This is stated in the requirements specification. The expected contract value for the electric truck and associated service agreement and options is estimated at approximately DKK 4,500,000. The estimate is the best estimate from the client and is not binding.

In collaboration with Energinet, Evida has clarified how an appropriate gas infrastructure can be developed so that the gas network can handle a surplus of biogas in the future. Specifically, it is expected that the gas network around Sorø will have increasing challenges with balancing in the future, i.e. a surplus of gas that cannot be sold. It is therefore recommended that the two gas networks at Køge and Sorø be interconnected so that the surplus of biogas can be returned via Energinet's upcoming return plant in Køge. The new line consists of a Ø273.1 mm steel gas line (also called a distribution line) of approximately 10 km. The line will primarily be established in open land over fields, crossing roads, forests, watercourses, etc. along the way.
