[24.09.19 ~ 11.28 / 뉴욕, 파리, 런던] GCF Investor Forum

Accelerating climate action through private sector investment

In collaboration with partners, the Green Climate Fund (GCF) is hosting a series of Investor Forums. 

Led by GCF’s Private Sector Facility, the Investor Forum provides a platform to forge new partnerships with GCF and identify and support initiatives to mobilise private sector investment for climate impact. It brings together management-level practitioners from asset managers, asset owners, commercial banks, investment banks, climate philanthropies, and other key climate finance stakeholders. 

The Forum presents a unique opportunity for:  

  • Learning more about how GCF supports projects and developers; 
  • Fostering collaboration between GCF and private sector financial institutions and other partners to effectively mobilise private sector climate investment, including identifying co-investment project opportunities; and 
  • Facilitating a better understanding of key market needs, priorities for investment areas and financial instruments, and emerging trends in the climate space.  

The GCF Investor Forums are scheduled to take place in New York, Paris, and London in 2024.
